I love this stuff — so many things that we have talked about and phrases we have used over the years — “picked him out of thousands” — from the Monty Python joke about a license for my pet fish Eric! Ego — as my old boss Gail Neale used to say — you keep your ego on a chair next to you — available in case needed, but never in the way of getting things done and taking care of people.
