The violence in a Bend, Oregon special education classroom took three minutes, leaving a 25 year old teacher and 3 elementary school children dead. This violence MUST STOP! Prayers and thoughts for healing after the damage mean nothing, without taking action on a systemic level to take away the guns and do things like fund mental health services properly. Vote, vote, vote! Vote for Democratic candidates supporting stricter gun laws. Vote to stop the proliferation and peddling of hate from the highest offices and corridors of our nation which creeps like a cancer into the our communities and collective soul.
