Sophie has done a beautiful job her first year on the KAHS Varsity Cross Country Team. PR of 21.58 for the 5K, way to go Soph! Visited Sam this weekend for Family and Friends weekend and he and the Hampshire Men’s Cross Country Team took 2nd place in the Yankee Small College Conference, the best they have ever done. Sam also had a PR for the 8K of 33.57. More importantly Sam has already sent in his absentee Ballot and Sophie has more comments on her blog than I have ever gotten.
